Building Futures

Building Futures help individuals improve employment opportunities in Buckinghamshire. They offer free support to help you choose the right path to training, work experience or a job that works for you. They help you gain new skills, including IT; Access further education courses; Identify volunteering opportunities or work placements; Get help with childcare and transport; Improve health and wellbeing; Make the right decisions about your future. New Leaf can make referrals for our clients to the Building Future team

An insiders view to prison

A book called 'Prison on an L plate - A beginners guide for the first timer' by Dan Angelino, priced £1.99 on Kindle, tells you all you need to know from the moment of arrest, through the whole prison sentence and release, from a very honest ex-offender. This book is well written (if you can accept the odd spelling mistake and bad grammar) but is an invaluable source of information for anyone who wants to know the inside story.
