Wycombe Dial-a-Ride
A community bus service for people with disabilities who find it difficult or impossible to use normal forms of public transport. All vehicles are fitted with tail lifts, so they can cater for clients travelling in a wheelchair. You can book a ride by telephone up to seven days in advance but 48 hours notice must be given. Bookings can only be accepted from 10.15am 2.15pm.

Provides a range of health care and social support services for people who have learning disabilities and other long term complex care needs.
St. John Ambulance Brigade
Patient transport service (ambulance or mini-bus), on ad-hoc basis and run using volunteers. This service is run using volunteer members.
Self Directed Support Advice Service
Advice and support for all in receipt of Self Directed Support payments (including Direct Payments). Brokerage (help with deciding how best to obtain services), financial advice on how to administer the payments, and help with the employment process (e.g.; advertising, interviewing, security checking). This service covers all of Bucks.

Risborough Good Neighbours
Voluntary scheme providing transport for elderly, disabled or sick people in the Princes Risborough area, who are unable to use public transport. The service covers journeys to attend medical appointments at local surgeries, clinics, dentists and hospitals in the area. New requests for help and volunteers welcomed. Drivers can claim 35p per mile expenses.

Milton Keynes 47 Aylesbury Street, Wolverton, Milton Keynes MK12 5HX Relate's role is to help people build better relationships. We offer five main services: 1) relationship counselling for couples or individuals; 2) sex therapy 3) life skills training courses 4) family counselling. 5) young people's counselling. Counselling can be offered daytime, evening and Saturday morning. Payment according to income/circumstances.
