Connection Support

Connection Support cover housing support, homelessness, isolation, money management, mental health and drug and alcohol abuse. Fill out the relevant referral form (for the service users location) to access support.

Clothing Bank

New Leaf have a small stock of nearly new clothing, cleaned and wrapped, for any Mentee who needs them - male or female. Please contact Lesley Johnston for an up to date list of available items.

Women's Aid

<p>24hr emergency accommodation, confidential advice, information and a safe refuge for all women experiencing or escaping domestic violence <em>(with or without children)</em>. The Outreach Project offers support to women who choose not to come into the refuge.</p>

Ward Andrews Centre for Children and Their Families,

Witan Court, 317 Upper 4th Street Central Milton Keynes, Milton Keynes, MK9 1EH. Offer a safe venue for children to meet their parents or other family members, following separation. We work with all sorts of families including those involved in Court proceedings and can offer specialist Court Report if required. Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm (4pm Saturday). Fees apply, On request depending on service level required.

Unity Cyber Centre (The Compass Club)

66 Queensway, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK2 2SA. This project is a joint initiative between Milton Keynes Council's Youth Service and Compass Club management committee. The centre is also being developed as a Connexions Secondary Access Point. The Cyber Centre offers a place for young people ages 13 to 19 years to 'hang out' with affordable access to the Internet as well as TV, video, DVD, music, computer games and more. In partnership with other professional agencies, the centre offers information and advice to young people aged 13 to 19 years on drugs, education, employment, further education, benefits, IT skills, health education, etc. Tuesday 5pm to 7pm Wednesday 5pm to 7pm (Youth Club) Thursday 4.30pm to 6pm (Football at Bletchley Leisure Centre) Meet at Unity at 4.30pm Cost £1 Thursday 2.30pm to 4pm Connexions Youth Centre times subject to change. (Above Sainsburys and Iceland) in Central Milton Keynes advises on all housing problems such as: Illegal evictions , Eviction Notices, Possession and other housing related court orders , Allegations of anti-social behaviour against tenants, Allegations of nuisance against tenants, Housing with disrepair issues, Homelessness, Domestic Violence, Private, Council or Housing Association tenancy issues, Rental affordability, Housing Benefit difficulties, Rent Arrears To get advice either phone, fax or drop in.
