The HLC is Funded project, providing a range of services such as a Stop Smoking Service, Crèche, Cafe, Computer Suite Drop In Service, Maths, English, ESOL classes to name a few, aimed at the community of Walton Court & Southcourt
The Service is to provide a link between health professionals and members of the Asian community, whose first language is not English. Provides interpreting for access to health and related social care; advice and support to clients; meeting and networking with other agencies; sign-posting and advocacy.
Children's Centre Activities for children aged 0 5 years
An Aylesbury based free, independent, secular, non-political and non-profit service. We offer an ethnic minorities mental health advocacy service (including outreach) and are dedicated to provision of services embedded in social inclusion, equality and social justice.
