Healthy Minds

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for less serious mental health problems, such as mild to moderate depression or anxiety. Anyone can call the number, and be assessed. May be offered online support, telephone support or face-to-face support. Referral forms can be emailed to probation staff. Specialist staff 'Support Time Recovery' help with practical matters affecting wellbeing, such as debt, housing, social needs. Employment advisers for people in employment having difficulties.

Exclusions & Reintegration Team

We visit parents/carers at home when a child is excluded permanently from school and offer intervention where a pupil is at risk of permanent exclusion. Where a parent or professional tells us that a child has no education placement, details will be logged and progress tracked, with intervention and support offered as appropriate. We offer support to pupils and schools receiving reintegrating pupils Advice on procedures in individual cases is also offered to schools, governors and parents/carers.
