About Us

New Leaf was established in 2010 by a partnership of agencies, supported by the Buckinghamshire Association for the Care of Offenders (BACO).

In 2011 New Leaf became part of Thames Valley Partnership, allowing us to expand the work into Oxfordshire and Berkshire with the vision of helping offenders across the whole of the Thames Valley.

Our key stakeholders include Thames Valley Community Rehabilitation Company (TV-CRC), and Bronzefield, Bullingdon, Springhill and Woodhill prisons and their chaplaincies.

We have one full time and three part time staff. The rest of our work is currently done by 30 volunteers from all sorts of backgrounds.

Mentors are volunteers from the local community, who are selected and trained by us. They are DBS checked and referenced, and are supervised by New Leaf while they undertake mentoring work.
